If you are looking to have a birthday party/pool party here they were wonderful! We were able to book last minute, they were extremely accommodating to all of our needs, staff was so friendly and went out of their way to be helpful! The pool was clean and warm and it was very affordable! Highly recommend!
Pool and hot tub are amazing. Staff is friendly and so helpful. Breakfast was good. Beds very comfortable. Can't say enough about how great our stay was.
Stayed 1 night for a wedding. The shower was a lot wider than most hotels. The only downside was that there was no temperature control on the ac, and it shut off during the night so we had to open a window. I will say my other friends had rooms with temperature control. It could be that some rooms still have old AC units. Flip of the coin
Room was clean and the person who checked my children and I in at 3 in the morning treated us so well! The manager was almost always around during the day and seemed very concerned about cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. The pool was a bit hit with the kids and the hot hub felt great after a long dive. The kids also loved the waffles for breakfast. Location was great for us as my parents were less than a mile away.
Had a great stay. Pool and hot tub were awesome. Rooms were clean. Alicia at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was good loved the waffles. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.
Came here to unwind a couple days , very clean hotel, nice breakfast, curtisious staff, beds so very comfortable, shampoo and conditioner in the shower for your use, washer n dryer phacilitty, snack machine takes only a 100 or 150 clean rooms no bedbugs, quiet friendly staff. We have all good to say about our visit and will be returning as quest. Thank you.
It is a mark of good customer service when one is confronted with a bad situation and superior treatment turns it around. Priceline made a mistake in what hotels allow dogs as this one does not, but the woman who checked is in very late was and kind and helpful as could be. She did what she could to make the situation better for us and truly went above and beyond; a genuine and quality person. The manager the next morning was similarly helpful. The hotel itself is good, clean, basic and decent breakfast, but the employees are a step above. Thanks for the kindness.
Can't say enough positive about this location. Excellant check in. Courteous, efficient, & quick. The entire property is spotless clean, well cared for, and fresh. The rooms are clean, well stocked, modern amenities. I've been in perhaps 500 or more Choice properties and I would rate this in the top 3. It seems the owners, managers, and staff are engaged and care about their business.
